In the creation of our menus we pay particular attention to the use of natural and local ingredients: we give great value to the quality of the dishes, to the regional and seasonal products which are the ingredients for your gourmet pleasures: Trentino and Ladin specialities, Mediterranean, but including international cuisine, the dinners will feature typical menus and local products, so you can savor and get to know our flavours... how satisfying!

But once again the one who created and taught Emanuela the true aromas of the territory and the secrets of Trentino cuisine is Maddalena, the mother.
